Terms.

Effective 2026-05-31.

⚠ Draft — replace before launch · Have a lawyer review before launch — Stripe’s live-mode review checks the Terms page exists and is reachable.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by STAGING FIXTURE — Edmoti Acceptance (test seller, not a real business), a sole trader, trading as Edmoti Acceptance A (staging test). References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean STAGING FIXTURE — Edmoti Acceptance (test seller, not a real business). References to “you” mean the person browsing or buying from the store.

2. Ordering and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy at the listed price. We accept that offer by confirming the order by email. Until that confirmation goes out, we may decline an order — for example because the item is out of stock, the price was wrong, or we couldn’t verify payment.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your store at checkout and include VAT where applicable. We accept the payment methods shown in the checkout sheet. Payment is processed by Stripe under their own terms.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are shown on the Shipping page and in the checkout sheet. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and refunds

Our returns policy is on the Returns page and forms part of these terms. Statutory rights are unaffected.

6. Use of the storefront

You agree not to misuse the storefront — no scraping at a rate that impacts service, no attempting to bypass payment, no uploading content designed to harm the site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.

7. Liability

Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can’t lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top is the date of the current version. The version that applies to an order is the one that was live when the order was placed.
