How to pick a frame that actually fits.

The three numbers
Every frame has three measurements stamped on the inside of the temple:
- Lens width (eye size) — the horizontal width of one lens.
- Bridge width — the gap between the two lenses.
- Temple length — the arm that hooks over your ear.
On a DAPPACAT product page the spec block lists all three. Match those to a pair you already wear and like, and you’ll be close.
If you don’t have a reference pair
- Measure the distance between your temples in millimetres.
- Divide by two — that’s roughly your lens width.
- Add 16–20mm for the bridge.
Most adult faces land in the 130–145mm total-frame-width range. Our Standard fits ~138mm; Wide fits ~145mm.
